As a family-owned and operated business, we are thrilled to offer a variety of services, products, and amenities such as softball, baseball and soccer lessons, skills clinics, strength & conditioning workouts, summer camps, birthday parties, and more. 

We are a husband and wife-owned and operated business with three kids of our own. We have close to 15 years of experience working with kids, teens, and adults. We are operating 8 weeks of camp, starting on June 30th. Our camp hours are 7:30am-5:30pm. We have daily activities such as arts and crafts, games, field trips, workout classes, and more.

Mindful Yoga with Liz is the Hudson Valley’s first Yoga Studio to offer classes, in one setting, from babies to seniors. We are led BY families, FOR families. Through movement, breath work and fun & engaging activities, our kids classes & camps teach children to build confidence, self regulate, build strength & more!

Camp TSR has something for every child offering a fantastic, fun-filled summer camp in Hopewell Junction, Dutchess County, NY on the grounds of Taconic Sport & Racquet.  A safe environment with beautiful indoor and outdoor facilities including a grassy 30,000 sq. ft. Play Zone designed for field games, in-ground heated swimming pool with seating and shade, 5 indoor and 11 outdoor tennis courts, horseshoe pit, 5 indoor and 6 outdoor pickleball courts, and a spacious air conditioned Camp Clubhouse.
